The fitness benefits of swimming as an exercise are legendary. Once you get to a level where you can do a few laps in a row you’ll work your core, back, legs, chest, arms and other muscles with which you might not have activate in quite some time. I have to tell you that from 5 Am to about 4:30Pm this is my all-time favorite gym. At rush hours it’s a different story altogether. I like everything about this gym even the building.
