The most expensive three bedroom sold in Hoboken in September was unit #4C at 610 Clinton Street. This beautiful luxury condo, located in Paulus Hook, features sleek, gleaming hardwood floors throughout the home and a modernistic, gourmet chef’s kitchen with all state of the art appliances. The master spa in the home features a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The home has extremely tall ceilings and an over-sized terrace.

The least expensive three bedroom  condo sold in September in Hoboken was unit #2 at 213 Monroe Street.
